Accessibility at Tulum Airport

How to request a wheelchair and special assistance for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility at Tulum Airport.

Assistance for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility is provided by the airline, from the check-in counter to the aircraft and on arrival.

How to request it

  • Request the service when booking or at least 48 hours before your flight.
  • Say whether you need a wheelchair in the terminal, to board the aircraft or both.
  • Allow extra time for check-in.
  • Tell the airline if you travel with your own wheelchair, oxygen or medical equipment.
The airport has no jet bridges: boarding takes place across the apron. Ask your airline how your boarding will be handled. See also medical services.
